Aufgrund eines abgebrochenen Telefonanrufes bestand der Verdacht, dass eine \u00e4ltere allein lebende Person Hilfe ben\u00f6tigt. Nach mehrmaligem Klingeln wurde mit der T\u00fcr\u00f6ffnung begonnen. Erfreulicher Weise konnte die Bewohnerin w\u00e4hrend dessen eigenst\u00e4ndig die T\u00fcre \u00f6ffnen, sodass diese nicht gewalltsam ge\u00f6ffnet werden musste. Die Dame war wohl auf, vermutlich ist ein technisches Problem f\u00fcr das abgebrochene Telefonat verantwortlich.
